  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is processed.

  • If there are any delays due to inventory or other issues, we will notify you promptly via email.
     

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

    • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50; free for orders over $50.

    • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate, available at checkout for faster delivery.

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total and displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. Contact us at trisharutten@gmail.com for availability in other countries.

    • International shipping costs vary based on destination, weight, and carrier rates, and will be calculated at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • Local Pickup:

    • Free in-store pickup is available at Rebel Shed, 414 N Broadway, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572, during regular business hours.

    • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready (typically within 1 business day).
       

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing.

    • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

  • International:

    • Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

    • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Note: Rebel Shed is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
     

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

  • Use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

  • For local pickup orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring signature confirmation or oversized items.

  • Some products (e.g., fragile or oversized items) may have specific shipping requirements or restrictions, which will be noted at checkout.

  • Rebel Shed reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses due to fraud concerns or carrier limitations.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages:

    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or provide a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Packages:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.

    • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
       

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Rebel Shed is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
     

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

  • We may update this policy to reflect changes in our shipping practices or carrier policies. The updated policy will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
